1 Acceptance of terms

By using CoronaSDR and this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. CoronaSDR is created and maintained by Silviu YO6SAY.

2 Intended use

CoronaSDR is software for receiving and processing SDR streams from servers you configure. You are responsible for lawful and compliant radio usage in your jurisdiction.

3 Your responsibilities

• Use only servers and networks you are authorized to access.
• Do not use the app for illegal interception or unauthorized monitoring.
• Protect your own device and local network security.

4 No emergency or safety-critical use

CoronaSDR is provided for hobby, research, and general listening use. It is not intended for emergency response, life-safety, or mission-critical communications.

5 Third-party components and services

The app may include third-party libraries and optional diagnostics services (for example Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

6 Warranty disclaimer

CoronaSDR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

7 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.

8 Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version is effective from the date shown on this page.
